A Groom’s Butler is a dedicated member of our team (yes he is a male assistant) whose sole focus is taking care of you, the Groom. From the final touches of getting ready to your wedding ceremony - your Groom’s Butler is by your side, typically providing up to 4 hours of personalized service (cost is $200.00) up to the start of the ceremony, to ensure your day runs smoothly and stress-free. After the ceremony, the Bridal Concierge (the assistant for the bride) will take over assisting both the Bride & Groom. This service must be paired with the Bridal Concierge Service.

Providing a pre-packed groom’s essentials kit with water, snacks, breath mints, stain remover, lint roller, deodorant wipes, and more

Handling unexpected issues discreetly—before you even notice them
How He Supports the Bigger Picture
While your wedding planner or coordinator is overseeing vendors, timelines, and logistics, your Groom’s Butler is focused entirely on you, the groom. He’s always nearby—ready to assist before portraits begin, during the portrait transitions, and up to when you walk down the aisle.
It’s important to note that while our team checks in with both you and your wedding party throughout the day, your photographer is responsible for managing the photo timeline and directing family and wedding party portraits.
