Our Services at a Glance.

During your Planning Consultations we will go over all the details and wishes for your wedding, including all the vendor categories, ceremony and reception logistics, attire, and other wedding festivities to name but a few. Your Planning Consultations will usually be spaced out during the entire planning process, with most of them occurring within about 4-8 weeks of each other. Up to Five (5) sessions, each 1 to 1 ½ hours long.

After each of your Planning Consultations, you will receive back from us a Detailed Planning Timeline, which will note all the details and specifics from the Consultations broken down by month, with tasks for you and the Agape Planning team to complete over the next 4-8 weeks until we meet again.

After your Initial Planning Consultation, we will create a curated list of service vendors (such as caterers, officiants, photographers, musicians, bakers, florists, etc.) for your review. This list of trusted vendors will be specifically chosen based on your wishes, preferences, and of course your budget.

We will set up your preliminary budget after our initial encounter. This worksheet will help you keep all your wedding expenses organized. This will be a document you can edit and maintain.

Your Design & Styling Consultation is all about bringing together the visual elements of your wedding to help you create a look on your big day that represents you perfectly. We’ll fine tune your color palette, go over your thoughts on flowers, and explore your styling options while giving you unique ideas for ceremony & reception décor. One session, up to 2 hours long.

Shortly after this meeting, you will receive back from us a Design Detail Plan checklist that will outline the elements we explored during your meeting. This will be paired with a Pinterest Board that you can use as a visual reference. Together, these will help you fine tune your choices and help you to make decisions on the various style elements that will make your wedding an event to remember.

A few weeks after your Design Consultation, we will set up a time to review your selections and to answer any remaining questions you may have. If you think you may wish to have more guidance throughout the styling process, speak with Julie about our All Inclusive Styling Package.

This session is perfect for the couple who would like to see a reception table come to life. We’ll put together a mock-up of your reception table with everything from flowers, menus, place cards, candles, linens, and more. This session will help you to finalize and wrap up the overall look and style of your reception so that design elements are concise and complimentary. You will view all the catering related elements such as glassware, china, silverware, and chargers, along with wedding day stationery (table numbers, menus, place cards), several options for your table linens with complimentary napkins, and of course the floral centerpiece and details provided by your selected floral designer. One session, up to 1 hour long.

Our Bridal Concierge serves as a personal assistant to the Bride throughout the wedding day, beginning in the morning and providing support for up to eight hours. Services include bringing the Bride a special coffee treat, transporting personal items to the venue (if applicable), assisting with dressing and photography preparations, and carrying an emergency kit stocked with essentials and thoughtful touches. The Bridal Concierge is there to ensure the Bride feels fully supported and pampered, attending to any needs that arise throughout the day.

We will edit and maintain your BUDGETING WORKSHEET document for you and keep you up to date with notifications of when payments are due.

Appointment Scheduling, Evaluation, and Selection of your Service Vendors:
After you have reviewed your Custom Vendor Referral List for your wedding day service providers, we will take your preferences and schedule appointments for you to meet with each of those vendors. You will receive an evaluation form to guide you with questions to ask during the appointments, and to complete after each of these appointments to help keep your thoughts fresh and accurate about each vendor. Then, we will set up a conference call with you to get your feedback on each of the vendors, and assist you in narrowing down your selections to the ones that suit you best. If you think you may also wish for us us to manage your design product vendors, kindly speak with Ashley about our All Inclusive Styling Package.
Vendor Contract Review and Negotiations:
After you have selected your favored vendor in each category, we will contact that vendor on your behalf. We negotiate to obtain discounts (and complimentary upgrades!) whenever feasible, ensuring you receive the best possible arrangement. Once you have accepted their offer, we will move forward with securing a contract or invoice which we will review for accuracy. Then all you need to do is sign it, and remit payment to your vendor.

Final Detail Meeting & Walkthrough with Venue
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll schedule a detailed planning meeting with your catering team and/or venue coordinator to finalize all logistical elements. During this session, we’ll review the layout, rental needs, and overall flow of the event to ensure every detail is confirmed and aligned with your vision. This meeting typically lasts up to one hour and provides peace of mind knowing all venue and facility logistics are seamlessly in place.

Day of Wedding Timeline
Once your wedding itinerary is finalized, your Coordinator will prepare a comprehensive Day-of Timeline — a detailed, minute-by-minute schedule (typically 8–12 pages). This document is shared with all relevant vendors and parties, who are directed to contact Agape Planning directly with any questions or updates. Our team handles all final details and communications so you can fully enjoy the weeks leading up to your wedding without the stress of last-minute coordination.

Timeline Review Meeting

Seating Chart Template
his worksheet is designed to help you keep track of your invited guests, their RSVP responses, meal selections, and any allergy information. It also serves as a valuable tool for planning your reception seating, allowing you to organize who will sit together and ensure that all guests are accommodated comfortably.

Wedding Rehearsal
Your Coordinator will meet with you, your family, bridal party and your officiant to review the ceremony order of events and any relevant etiquette. This session ensures that everyone is aligned and confident, so your ceremony unfolds seamlessly and beautifully on your big day. The rehearsal typically lasts up to one hour.

Day of Coordination
On your wedding day, our team ensures a smooth, timely, and organized experience from start to finish. We arrive approximately three hours before your venue’s contracted start time and remain through the end of your reception. Working closely with all vendors, we manage logistics, setup, and timing to ensure every detail flows seamlessly. Our team handles setup and breakdown of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception items, placing them in your designated location at the end of the night. Service includes Julie and one Assistant for up to eight hours and 100 guests.

All Inclusive Styling Package
An All Inclusive Styling Package is ideal if you are looking for more involved guidance throughout the styling of your wedding, or if your design vision requires sourcing specialty design elements and installations to make your vision come to life. We can execute every detail and act as a single point of contact for all design and décor related matters. This package includes extended vendor research to source any specialty items you may need. We will obtain and negotiate quotes on your behalf, as well as arrange the delivery, set up, styling, and return service of your rentals and installations. Most importantly, you’ll have access to our wholesale and discounted pricing on both products and labor whenever applicable, which tends to save our clients thousands of dollars.

Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Reception Planning
We will identify and scout venues that align with your style and budget, and handle contract negotiations with your chosen venue on your behalf. Our team will design your entire event, offering guidance on menu selection, layout, décor, and recommending or sourcing appropriate vendors as needed. As your Lead Planner, Ashley will be on-site for up to five hours, beginning with setup, to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly and your event unfolds seamlessly.

Farewell Brunch Planning
We will help you plan and coordinate a relaxing and celebratory sendoff brunch following your wedding day. From selecting the perfect venue and menu to managing setup, décor, and timing, we ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. Our team will handle all the details, allowing you to savor these final moments with family and friends in comfort and style. This event will include Ashley (for up to 4 hours), and an assistant for up to 6.

Additional Assistants
One Assistant is included for guest counts up to 100. For every 100 guests over initial 100, Additional Assistants are billable at $300 each for up to 8 hours.
