What better way to ring in the New Year than with a stunning, unforgettable New Year’s Eve wedding? Laura and Raphael’s celebration at the Ebell of Los Angeles was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and high-octane glamour. From start to finish, this wedding was an absolute dream to design—and the couple themselves were just as remarkable as the day. And yes, the bride’s show-stopping gown deserves a standing ovation. Fortunately, M. Hart Photography captured every breathtaking moment.

The ceremony, overflowing with romance, took place in the venue’s indoor lounge. Guests were welcomed by a spectacular display of loose, organic greenery, lush white blooms, and an abundance of pillar candles framing the altar. The room’s grandeur—accentuated by floor-to-ceiling windows, ornate chandeliers, and rich wood tones—created a setting that was at once classic and intimate. Sunset portraits of the couple on the rooftop provided a picture-perfect, cinematic finish to the ceremony.

We were thrilled to design an ultra-glamorous seating chart for Laura and Raphael’s reception. A black-and-white striped fabric-wrapped board, accented with gold frames, greenery, and pillar candles, elegantly displayed the guest seating arrangements. For the dinner, black and gold set the tone for an evening of sophisticated celebration. Round and rectangular wooden tables were dressed in black sequin linens, gold chargers, black napkins tied with gold ribbon in a bow-tie style, and topped with alternating tall and low centerpieces of lush white florals and flowing greenery. The venue’s stately wooden chairs and amber uplighting created a warm, candlelit atmosphere.

As midnight approached, guests donned festive NYE hats and beads for the countdown, dancing the night away before sending off the newlyweds with celebratory poppers. It was a magical, joyful evening—a celebration of love and new beginnings that truly captured the spirit of the season. Laura and Raphael proved that classic elegance can be utterly spectacular.
