The Ebell of Los Angeles - Los Angeles Wedding - South Asian Styled Shoot

Featuring a bold and colorful yet luxurious vibe, the most incredible team of vendors joined us in creating these gorgeous details inspired by the unique heritage of South Asia. For our mock outdoor ceremony, we chose a brilliant evergreen chiffon for a pop of color to drape over the mandap structure. Textural greenery and an abundance of blooms in blush, white, butterscotch, and berry hues adorned the mandap, creating an absolutely dreamy place to say "I do". We also brought in a hint of gold for the ceremony seating. The entire look was truly fit for a king and queen---which, by the way, truly describes our bride and groom who stunned in their breathtakingly beautiful cultural attire!Designing wedding stationery is always one of our favorite things, but we absolutely LOVED getting to break the mold with the use of bold colors for this shoot! An evergreen pocket envelope encompassed our crisp white invitation with lovely golden butterscotch accents. We also designed complementing table numbers, menu cards, and place cards.For cocktail hour, the stately surroundings of the venue's Art Salon perfectly complemented our vintage lounge vignettes by Sweet Salvage Rentals, where we enjoyed playing with various prints, textures, and fabrics in vibrant jewel tones. This blending of prints and textures carried into our reception decor, which essentially defined vintage romance with a modern edge. We designed three unique tablescapes with the most gorgeous linens by Luxe Linen: gold and champagne patterned linens on round tables, champagne lace runners on wooden rectangular tables, and crimson and pewter patterned linens on round tables. These to-die-for linens were paired with alternating black glass chargers and clear glass gold-rimmed glassware, and clear glass gold-rimmed chargers with black glassware. All looks were finished off with champagne napkins, gold flatware, and gold Chiavari chairs. The centerpieces were low and lush, brimming with the prettiest blooms by LV Floral Events. For the sweetheart table, we included plush crimson velvet arm chairs for the bride and groom. And, to top it all off, The Butter End Cakery created a confectionery masterpiece in the form of a burgundy fondant cake with shimmering gold appliqué detail.
